Technical & Production Specifications

• Fabric Structure: 80% Cotton / 20% Polyester blend, fabric woven with highly absorbent terry (frotte) loops on the upper surface. While the top surface in contact with the skin offers cotton comfort, the polyester blend in the base knit provides extra durability and elasticity to the product.
• Woven Elastic Advantage: High-durability woven elastic is used in our products. It is resistant to washing, does not loosen, and, combined with the voluminous structure of the terry fabric, grips the mattress perfectly.
• Shrinkage Control: According to your brand's quality standards and your target audience's expectations, shrinkage and loop twisting values that may occur after washing in terry textures are precisely adjusted during the production phase. Dimensional deviations after washing are prevented.
