• Fabric Structure: The upper surface in contact with the skin is 100% natural cotton, while the base of the fabric contains 20% polyester. The lower surface is a high-micron thickness, 100% waterproof, breathable polyurethane (PU) membrane coating. While completely blocking liquids, it breathes thanks to the natural structure of cotton, ensuring a rustle-free and sweat-free comfort.
• Variety: Depending on your brand's demand, our products can be manufactured as a fitted (bedsheet style) model that completely surrounds the mattress or a practical model with 4-corner elastics. High-durability woven elastic is used in our products; it is resistant to washing, does not loosen, and grips the mattress perfectly.
• High Wash Durability and Shrinkage Control: In line with your brand's quality standards and your target audience's expectations, our product features high industrial and household wash durability thanks to the high-micron PU membrane used and the polyester strength in the base knit; it does not delaminate even after multiple washes. The shrinkage values of the fabric are precisely adjusted during the production phase to prevent dimensional deviations after washing.
